We offer a large selection of gourmet and national brand coffees. Chances are that you know the coffees you want already and VFOP likely has it. Check our Pantry section for a list of brands. If you need to select a coffee for your office we can help you. We can do a coffee tasting or simply provide samples.
VFOP has hundreds of items for your lunchroom, pantry or kitchen. Our staff is available to help you match current products or assist you with new product choices. We welcome your suggestions for new items.
Regular Service deliveries are made on a pre-arranged, specific day of the week. Courtesy calls are placed to customers two days prior to the assigned delivery day. (Courtesy calls are the option of the customer)
Executive Service Option allows the customer freedom from inventory and order placing. Our VFOP representative will inventory and re-stock pantry areas according to a pre-determined par set by the customer.
If you so desire, an experienced VFOP representative will help you with your selection of coffee brewing equipment or VFOP will provide coffee brewing equipment according to your specifications. We recommend that a site survey be completed in advance of installation to ensure that equipment will fit properly and that plumbing and electric are adequate. Site survey and installation are at no-charge when waterlines and electricity are in place and to code.
VFOP policy is to handle all repair calls and emergency deliveries on a
same day basis. When extreme circumstances prevent this, our response will occur within 24 hours. (week-ends excluded)
Equipment Service agreements are a real benefit to customers who own their coffee brewers. All ESAs are on an annual basis. The cost of an ESA is
prorated and renew each January first. An ESA will cover all repair work; parts and labor.
The equipment, all maintenance and repair are the responsibility of VFOP. Coffee Brewers will be cleaned on a regular basis according to the equipment type and the customer preference.
